Our team has literally traveled from coast to coast and beyond to capture some amazing love stories.
We provide authentic, emotive films for couples who work day in, day out for their one-of-a-kind love story... couples who know every day is an adventure they want to cherish with their best friend by their side.

Meet the founder
I am a BIG fan of rich connection, preserving memories and JOY! (insert impromptu dance parties).
Being the founder, a mama of 2 and the only female videographer on the team, I have a major soft spot for the deep, emotive moments - whether it's the heart pounding anticipation before a first look or the all time high of an epic dance floor.

Ummm first, HONORED! If you specifically want me (Katie) to film your day then for SURE reach out ASAP. I pour my heart into each story and experience and have found that I serve my couples best by limiting myself to only 15 couples a year.
Katie's pricing starts at $6050. Our teammate pricing starts at $4850.
What if we want Katie to film?
It could be any one of us! The "WHO" depends on the "WHEN" and "WHERE".
We have a few Chicago area videographers (Katie included) who cover our Midwest area. We have a couple of lead videographers who are located in the L.A area who tackle the majority of our California weddings.
Our small team of videographers have all been trained the same way and have worked together for years now. We have this down to a science AND an art. We still limit our wedding intake so that each one of us can dedicate our absolute BEST to your day.
After you inquire, and we check schedules / location, we will let you know which one of us will be your point man (or woman) for the day-of :)
Who Will film on our day?
The sooner the better! Our small team can only take on about 40-60 weddings a year so we can dedicate our best work to our couples. We are currently booking for 2025 & 2026 weddings.
That being said, the "wedding season", aka the summer/fall months tend to go first. Normally those are booked out 6-12 months in advance. But you never know! Contact us to see if your date is still available!
How far in advance should we book?
We have a couple! We would be happy to offer a referral discount or a military discount to you. If you or your spouse have served in the military, please let us know so we can offer 10% off any package.
OR if you happen to be eloping at any of our "bucket list" locations, we would be happy to work with you on pricing ;)

You can! When we send your questionnaire 2 months out from your big day, we ask you what song you’d like to have in your film. We send you a few sites you can pick from, but we are open to anything that we can license. If you’d rather us pick, that’s an option too! Just let us know and we will surprise you!
Who chooses the music?
It's actually amazing how much we get this question. Short answer: No.
Mikey is more of the behind-the-scenes kind of guy. He likes to call himself the CFO.
His full-time job is coaching college football (his first love), HOWEVER -
He has in fact filmed weddings with me, Katie, before. And usually if we travel for a wedding - he is the second shooter :)

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Katie Swider is one of the kindest & most talented people you will ever meet. Not only will she create the most memorable, professional + emotional wedding video you can imagine, but she will also be one of your favorite people you get to hang out with on your wedding day!!!! She is so warm & easy to feel comfortable with. I loved how intentional Katie was in getting to know me before our wedding and we had the best coffee date just talking about life and what I wanted in our video.
And speaking of videos- she absolutely knocked it out of the park with our wedding video!!! I let her pick the song & I was blown away by how it was more perfect than anything I could have ever picked. She captured all the small, sweet moments from our day I never want to forget. Wow. I'm in tears and my husband has the biggest smile on his face. We're both so glad we invested in Anchored Films. We get to look at our wedding video and truly relive the most special day and see all the family and friends that were there celebrating with us.
